At ScaleYLabs LLC, services are delivered under agreed proposals, scopes, and timelines. Because work involves strategy, setup, implementation, and campaign management time, fees are generally non-refundable once work has started.
1. Project-Based Services
A project is considered started once onboarding, research, strategy, setup, or implementation begins. Payments made for completed milestones or delivered work are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled by the client before work starts, paid amounts may be refunded minus payment processing fees where applicable.
2. Monthly Retainer Services
Retainers are billed in advance for each service period and are non-refundable once the service period begins.
Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only and requires written notice before the next invoice date.
3. Advertising Spend and Third-Party Costs
ScaleYLabs does not hold or process client ad spend directly. Amounts paid to third-party platforms or software providers are non-refundable through ScaleYLabs and remain subject to each provider terms.
4. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Marketing performance depends on market conditions, competition, budget, offer quality, and platform behavior. Refunds are not provided based on campaign outcomes or performance expectations alone.
5. Service Quality Concerns
If you believe services were not delivered as agreed, contact us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will review concerns and, where appropriate, provide corrective work within the original scope.
